State-Variable Models
I use the saved simulation video as a starting point to revisit state-space control, observers, and digital control.

What I connect in this unit
A state is part of the smallest variable set whose present value and future input determine later behavior. The state equation governs internal evolution, the output equation selects observable signals, and the initial state starts the zero-input response.

Technical anchor
Write a continuous LTI model as x'=Ax+Bu and y=Cx+Du. In its block diagram, use integrator outputs as states and show the A interconnections, B input path, and C measurement path separately.
How I review it
Check that candidate states are independent, their count matches model order, and a changed x(0) can alter the output even with zero input.
