Cascaded current and speed PI design
The controller separates fast electrical current dynamics from slower mechanical speed dynamics. Formula results, recovered C/C++ constants, and archived PSIM/MATLAB views are reconciled through an explicit parameter-consistency audit.
- At 500 Hz current bandwidth, the recalculated gains are Kp=62.832 and Ki=314.16.
- The report's speed values Kp=24.8 and Ki≈3898 coexist with recovered-source Ki=3895.
- The reference profile is 0→850 rpm, hold, then 850→1200 rpm.
- The flow includes ±10 A current limiting, ±200 V voltage saturation, and field weakening.
